Returns are available with a simple request via email to make the process as hassle-free as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase—whether it’s due to fit, style, or any other reason—you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To start, please send an email to contact@ramboappliance.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item. Once approved, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product back to us. The sneakers must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them to qualify for a return.
We offer a full refund upon successful return pickup, ensuring you’re not left out of pocket. After we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Cash on Delivery adjustments). Please note that shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. Order Cancellation
